Second 9 Weeks Incentives:

No Bus Discipline or office referrals.

No more than 2 tardies during the 2^nd 9 weeks

Have an 80% pass rate for iReady ELA lessons

Have an 80% pass rate for iReady Math lessons

5^th grade only - Show one level of growth or score proficient or above on the MVP2 Science Test

4^th grade students will need to meet 3 out of 4 goals.

5^th grade students will need to meet 4 out of 5 goals.
