Hello, I am Mrs. Foshee. I have been a Pearl Pirate my entire life. I attended school here as well as my children. I have two children, one in 11th grade and another in 8th grade. We love our Pirates! I have worked at Pearl Lower Elementary for the last five years as an assistant teacher. This is my second year at Pearl Upper Elementary. I look forward to a wonderful experience here. Please let me know if I can help in any way. I got married over the summer my maiden name is Palmer many of my former students will know be by that name.
