PLE is out of this world!!
My name is Mrs. Tomeka Byest and I am honored to be your child's first grade teacher this year! This is my 15th year in education and I am super excited about our school year together! I received my Bachelor's Degree from Jackson State University in Elementary Education with a Concentration in Reading. I am currently beginning my journey to becoming a National Board Certified Teacher.
My assistant is Mrs. Tabitha Parker. This is her 5th year at PLE. We're both looking forward to a WONDERFUL year full of learning, laughter and making precious memories.
