Hi, 

Welcome to my class. I look forward to working with your child this year. I have been teaching for 8 years, this is my 5th year here at Pearl Upper Elementary. I attended The University of Southern Mississippi earning a Bachelors' in Elementary Education. I have a Masters' Degree in Emotional and Behavior Disorders from the William Carey University, and I also am a Certified Autism Specialist. I currently volunteer with Autism Speaks as their Volunteer Advocacy Ambassodor for the State of Mississippi. 

I am married to my wonderful husband, and have 4 daughters. The girls keep us busy with sports. My oldest daughter recently graduated from Pearl High School and has joined the Navy! I enjoy spending time with my children, and am extremely grateful to have the privilege to spend the day with your child as well. I look forward to a great year.
