Pearl Upper Elementary Principal Selected for the 2024-2025 School Year

We are delighted to announce the selection of Kim Scutch as the Principal of Pearl Upper Elementary, beginning in the 2024-2025 academic year. Mrs. Scutch will assume this role, succeeding Gavin Gill, who is retiring after dedicating 26 years to education.

 

A 2000 graduate of Pearl High School, she brings nearly 20 years of experience as a teacher and administrator. Over the past two decades, she has dedicated her service to Pearl Upper Elementary, spending five years as a 4th-grade math teacher and the last 15 years as the assistant principal.

 

"I am beyond grateful and excited to be named principal of Pearl Upper Elementary,” said Scutch. “It has been an incredible journey working at this amazing school for nearly 20 years, and I am honored to continue serving our students, staff, and community in this new role.”
